hey ho hello!!

another episode yay hurray cool awesome wow amazing

i'm talking about self-discipline, i'm an orderly creature. god damn my self-restricting habits, but bless em too.!

i hope this is helpful in some way, otherwise it's a 20min episode of me talking about weird stuff that makes no real sense.

talk soon,

episode 108 - assertiveness training

hey everyone!

this episode is really personal to me, i’m even nervous to put it out. it’s not very easy to talk about the things you’re not good at, and what makes you vulnerable. anyway, i think it might be useful and that’s all that matters.

here’s a link to Jordan’s lessons on maps of meaning: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I8Xc2_FtpHI&list=PL22J3VaeABQAT-0aSPq-OKOpQlHyR4k5h

thank you for listening,

episode 15 - 8 resolutions to become a better leader in 2018

my 8 resolutions for the next year to become a better leader. actually it's 9 because i came up with a new one as i finished the episode and started writing this. jeez

the artist i was talking about is called jessica sligter and the album i was referring to is called 'balls and kittens, draughts and strangling rain'.

the poem goes like this:

I closed you in the star chamber and told you I loved you

I took your finger and sucked it, my mouth was the ring that kept us married

and just like that you were gone.

I thought about strangling rain for a while and how come rain doesn't fall inside?

I thought of merman and if he

feels or hunts for deliverance

an ungrateful sort of difference

cause above sea arrows can fly

and above, sea comes out the eye

episode 5 - to not call my beats stupid

to not shame my own creations is a crucial habit i must pick up as fast as i can. goes hand in hand with accepting imperfections (in my work and myself, really). it's not surrendering to quantity over quality but it's about learning how to move.
